Tapping the collective wisdom of the masses here.....I've seen a couple of pics of Triples using ZRX shocks.....the one I pm'd and he stated they worked as he had lengthened the swingarm so they were at a more usable angle....the other one I saw..they were upside down...don't know why....

Anyone else running these? I have a ZRX that I just put Ohlins on.....so I have a set of stockers sitting in my garage....unless they just don't work on a triple (Specifially an H2) I am gonna try them out.....maybe try the Ohlins as well.....FWIW...I am 6'3" and 240.....

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks

They were waaay too stiff for me, but Im 175#'s and like a semi-squishy rear end.
Elvis on this board has a set of ZRX shocks on his H1 hotrod and I think he likes them. He's probably weighs 225-ish? ILBikes (also a big guy) has a set on his H2b hotrod as well.

You might have to run them upside down for chain clearance.

Not tough to bolt them on and give them a shot. Crank everything down to the lightest setting right off the bat though and work up from there (if necessary).

Often forgotten about are the Zephyr 550 & 750 shocks. Which can be had for considerably less when they come up on ebay.....
These didn't sell for $99.

Hey! I got a response! Hahaha......well, I am 6'3" and 240 so that may make a difference.....AND I have a set sitting in the garage, so yes, I am gonna bolt them on and see.....I have Ohlins on my ZRX now.....so if the ZRX shocks work well at all.....I'll have to try the Ohlins on the H2 as well......at the very least for the photo op...hahaha....I'll let you guys know what I find out. Thanks for the input!
