Morris' Radical H2 750
Tom,
Here is a set of pipes my friend and
I built 15 years ago,
this bike belongs to my best friend his name is Tom Morris, he lives in
Montana now. This is the condition it is in today (he needs a stator for
it) He did a beautiful job on it. You cannot see that the headers are
segmented fully expanding header pipes just like the pic you sent. You
cannot drag any part of these pipes no matter how far over you are, the
cases will touch efore the pipes.

List of parts and modifications:
1973 H2 Kawasaki
Falicon super crank
Wiseco super light H2 pistons
34mm Mikuni carbs
Z1 swingarm, bushing bored to match frame pivot size (a problem on H2's
is that they had loose tolerances on the frame/swing arm pivot bolt size)
he machined a rear axle to match the frame and get rid of the play/slop
then
machined the ID of the swingarm bushings to match the now pivot bolt =
NO PLAY!
Monoshock is a re-valved ohlins/Yamaha YZ shock with remote reservoir
and full compression/rebound dampening.
Rear wheel is a KZ900 disc model hub with a Kawasaki Tacati 3 wheeler
rear
brake caliper. The stock rear brake pedal was adapted to operate the rear
master cylinder. front is a dual disc Z1 front end with the dampening
rods
welded and re-drilled and new racing springs. Both front and rear have
oversized aluminum rims and stainless steel polished spokes.
Take time to look at the bike in
detail it looks VERY stock but it is TOTALLY tricked out!!!!
Check out the full floating rear
disc brake! The motor makes well over 100HP and starts to feather into
the power at 4500
rpm, is pulling strong from 5000 rpm to 9500+ if you want. The bike RUNS
like it is on a RAIL (NO WIGGLE AT ALL ANYWHERE!)
IT WILL PULL RED LINE IN EVERY
GEAR!!!!!!!!!
TOM IS A FANTASTIC METAL WORKER
AND WELDER, FABRICATING ALL OF
THE BRACKETRY AND POLISHING ALL OF THE ALUMINUM PARTS HIMSELF, MY BROTHER
MADE ALL OF THE MACHINED PARTS (FULL FLOATING REAR BRAKE ETC)
The pipes are a combination of
specs from Yamaha YZ250 and H2/H2R specs tailored to produce a great USABLE
powerband
